Where FollowGlance is different
Dates on new follows. Instagram doesn’t share follow times, so every tool compares one check with the next. In our test, Last Followed labelled its list “Recently”. FollowGlance shows when it first saw each new follow, like “3 hours ago”, so you can tell this morning from last week.
Names before you pay. FollowGlance shows the newest 2 follows for free, with names and photos. In our test, Last Followed showed a count and blurred names until you paid.
Daily alerts. Turn on alerts for an unlocked account, and we email you its new follows and followers once a day. The unlock includes 30 days. After that, 1 credit adds 30 more.
Simple, one-time prices. An unlock costs 1 credit and lasts for good. Credits never expire, and nothing renews. In the largest pack, a report costs $3.00. See pricing.
When Last Followed may suit you better
To be fair, it has strengths too. If you check many different accounts, one Pro payment there may cost less than several credits here, so see what its Pro plan covers. And if you already have a history of checks there, it can compare against that history, while FollowGlance starts fresh.
How to switch
There’s nothing to move. Type the same username on the home page, and you’ll see its newest follows, the first 2 for free. Check it again later, and new follows get a New label with the time we first saw them.
Read the checkout screen
Whatever tool you pick, read the checkout screen before you pay. Some trackers show a weekly price, a discount, or a plan that renews. FollowGlance never renews: you buy credits once, and that’s it.

Questions people ask
- Is FollowGlance the same as Last Followed?
- No. They are separate services run by different companies. Both show the accounts a public Instagram account followed most recently, newest first.
- Which one is cheaper?
- It depends on how many accounts you check and how each one bills you. FollowGlance sells one-time packs from $6.99, and in the largest pack a report costs $3.00. Check Last Followed’s checkout page for its current price.
- Does either one need my Instagram password?
- No. Neither asks for your Instagram password to check an account. You type a username, and the service reads the public data.
- Can I move my history from Last Followed?
- No. Each service keeps its own history. FollowGlance starts dating new follows from the first time an account is checked here.
- Will the account know I checked it?
- No. FollowGlance never logs in to Instagram as you and never contacts the account, so nothing is sent to it.
