Acceptable Use Policy

What FollowGlance may not be used for.

Last updated: 2026-10-28

FollowGlance shows information that public Instagram accounts already show to everyone. Use it the way you would use the public profile itself. If you break this policy, we may block your access and cancel your unused credits, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

You may not use FollowGlance to

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or bully anyone, or help someone else do it.
  • Watch a person in a way that is illegal where you or they live, or that breaks a court order such as a restraining order.
  • Find, collect or publish anyone’s private information (doxxing).
  • Target, contact or groom minors.
  • Make decisions about someone’s job, housing, credit, insurance or education, or treat anyone unfairly.
  • Build a database or a product from our reports, resell report data, or post an unlocked report publicly.
  • Scrape or automate the service, or get around its daily limits, for example with many accounts or proxies.
  • Attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach data that isn’t yours.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or pay with someone else’s card.
  • Break any law.

Private accounts

We only read public accounts. Private accounts are off limits, and we never try to get around anyone’s privacy settings.

If it’s your account

You can ask us to delete what we saved about your Instagram account. Email support@followglance.com with the username. We may ask you to show the account is yours, for example by adding a short code to its bio for a few minutes.

Report misuse

If you think someone is using FollowGlance to harm you or someone else, email support@followglance.com. If anyone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
