Acceptance of Terms

By using FollowGlance you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The Service

FollowGlance shows which accounts a public Instagram account followed most recently. You can see a short preview for free. One report credit unlocks the full report for one account.

• We only read public accounts and never log in to Instagram on your behalf.
• The data comes from Instagram’s public pages through a third-party data provider. It shows what is public at the time of the check and can be incomplete or out of date.
• Dates in a report are when FollowGlance first saw a follow, not the exact moment it happened. The women and men split is a guess made from first names.
• We may change, pause or stop parts of the service. If we stop the service for good, we will refund credits you have not used.

FollowGlance is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Credits and Payment

• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription, and nothing renews.
• One credit unlocks the full report for one account, for good. Checking an unlocked account again is free, within the daily limits shown in the app.
• Credits don’t expire. They can’t be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
• Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and seller of the order. Creem’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Daily Alerts

• For an account you unlocked, you can turn on daily alerts: about once a day we check it and email you its new follows and followers.
• An unlock includes the first 30 days. 1 credit adds 30 more days. You can have alerts on for up to 10 accounts at a time.
• Alerts come about once a day, not the moment something happens, and only while the account stays public. Turning alerts off doesn’t refund days already added.

Acceptable Use

You may only use FollowGlance as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no harassment, stalking or other harm, no scraping or reselling of report data, and nothing illegal.

Intellectual Property

The service, its design and its code belong to us. Instagram content shown in a report belongs to its owners.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. When we make a material change, we update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you in the service.
